Wildfire Dance Recital

Rya's dance class put on an end of the year show last night.  She was in four routines.  I noticed she did more lip syncing than dancing so maybe we should get her in singing classes next year?

Mount Pleasant Holiday Parade

Rya's Wildfire Dance class got to ride on a float in the Mount Pleasant Holiday Parade this evening.  She was a total ham yelling out, "Merry Christmas" to everyone in the crowd.

Dancing Queen

Rya has been taking ballet, tap and jazz lessons at the Mount Pleasant Recreation Center.  Last night was the big recital.

She did a great job and cracked us up every time she stopped mid step to spot us in the audience and wave.   

 

After the show we celebrated with her BFF and fellow dance star, Riley, by eating a whole mess of nachos.

A Little R & R

Rya and Riley are taking ballet, jazz and tap lessons together while Margaret and I go out drinking and talk shit about people discuss the presidential campaign and current world events over herbal tea.  I'm sure these two trouble makers give the instructor a run for her money.

Jazz Hands

Lizzy Tish started jazz, tap and ballet lessons a few weeks ago and since then Life is a Cabaret!

Rya's First Dance Recital

Rya had her first ballet dance recital yesterday and she was such a little ham on stage.  She made us proud!
